Ordinact

A decision-architecture framework for high-stakes capital.

Ordinact disciplines how consequential decisions are structured, recorded, and defended under fiduciary and regulatory scrutiny. It is the companion architecture to Factivault: where Factivault disciplines the record, Ordinact disciplines the decision.

What Ordinact Produces

A defensible decision file. Inputs, alternatives considered, authority cited, approvers identified, and the basis on which the decision was taken — captured contemporaneously, not reconstructed after the fact.

When Ordinact Is Deployed

Board and committee decisions. Fiduciary determinations. Consent, waiver, and approval actions. Settlement and recovery authorizations. Any decision whose correctness — and whose process — may later be tested by a regulator, court, or successor fiduciary.

Ordinact is a proprietary framework designed by Todd R. G. Hill.
