Portrait of Todd R. G. Hill — Managing Director, American Eagle Equity Assets LLC

Todd R. G. Hill is a Managing Director at American Eagle Equity Assets LLC, a private advisory house focused on governance-grade execution for high-stakes capital. His practice concentrates on six pillars: transaction certainty, governance architecture, risk and recovery, consumer-protection mandates, principled independence, and scholarship and public record. He is brought in when the documentation is scattered, the accountability is unclear, and the downside is material.

Mr. Hill holds a Juris Doctor (JD), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he earned dual certificates in Risk Management and Wealth Management (May 2026). He is the architect and creator of both Ordinact and Factivault. Ordinact is a decision-architecture framework that disciplines how consequential decisions are structured, recorded, and defended under fiduciary and regulatory scrutiny. Factivault is a companion evidentiary architecture that disciplines how facts are captured contemporaneously, custodied with chain-of-record integrity, and produced on demand under regulatory, fiduciary, and litigation-adjacent scrutiny. Where Ordinact disciplines the decision, Factivault disciplines the record.

Mr. Hill serves as Public Director (consumer representative) of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (TPCIGA), a statutory guaranty body that protects Texas policyholders when licensed property-and-casualty insurers become insolvent. His term runs through December 31, 2029. He is a published author; his work is distributed through Amazon and other retail channels. He writes and speaks on governance, fiduciary risk, consumer protection, and the integrity of the evidentiary record in high-stakes capital settings.
