How it is used
Correspondence details are used solely to review and respond to your inquiry, routed through American Eagle Equity Assets LLC. Subscription email addresses are used solely to send Underwritten and may be withdrawn at any time by reply.
Confidentiality of submissions
Please do not send confidential or privileged material through this site. Information submitted before an engagement is not treated as privileged, and no confidence should be reposed until an engagement is executed and a secure channel is established.
Retention & security
Information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or administer the newsletter, and reasonable measures are taken to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.
