Practice

Six pillars. One standard: defensible under fiduciary, regulatory, and litigation scrutiny.

American Eagle Equity Assets LLC is engaged when the documentation is scattered, the accountability is unclear, and the downside is material. The work spans six pillars — three of execution, three of standing — deployed discretely or in combination.

Transaction Certainty

Counterparties close when the facts, the paper, and the signatures line up. We engineer that alignment before it is challenged.

Governance Architecture

Charters, committees, minutes, approvals, and escalation paths built to withstand regulator, court, and board scrutiny.

Risk & Recovery

Distressed positions, recovery strategy, receivership coordination, and post-event forensics. Evidence first. Remedies second.

Consumer-Protection Mandates

Public-trust appointments and engagements that require statutory fidelity, independence, and measurable policyholder or consumer benefit.

Principled Independence

Retained to tell the record straight. Engagement letters govern scope, duty, and privilege; independence is a precondition of the work, not a posture around it.

Scholarship & Public Record

Published work, teaching, and commentary on governance, fiduciary risk, and consumer protection. Practice informed by scholarship; scholarship informed by practice.

Engagement Standard

Every engagement is disciplined by two companion architectures: Ordinact, which disciplines the decision, and Factivault, which disciplines the record. Together they produce a contemporaneous, defensible file that survives regulator, court, and board review.

Engagements are selective. Mandates are accepted only where the work can be executed to a governance-grade standard and where the client is prepared to support that standard.
